Title: Kamakura - Horse back archery
Post by: BernardLanguillier on April 21, 2013, 10:47:47 pm
Dear friends,

I had the chance to participate to the Kamakura horse back festival this Sunday. I was simply incredibly lucky with the logistics and ended up being able to shoot from better positions than most events/press photographers could...  :)

Amazing shots, Bernard. I especially like the intense gaze in the third one.

Bravo Bernard… Wonderful photography for this very interesting subject. I particularly love the colors and you captured the mood of the festival.

I have been to Kamakura but was it was not during this fabulous event.
Thanks for sharing it!

Kamakura is one of the villages on this planet that haunt my memories with it's beauty and Spirit!
The Buddha there is magical - one of the few of man's monuments to "God" that touched me.
