Title: Adobe Photoshop - Camera Shake Reduction filter
Post by: Bart_van_der_Wolf on April 18, 2013, 12:10:08 pm
FYI,

According to this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=stUD-DRhTZg&t=16), published yesterday, we are getting closer to the first release of this tool.

It's too soon to comment in depth on its quality, but on the low-res video it looks a bit over-corrected. Maybe the Smoothing and Artifact reduction sliders allow to prevent that.

Cheers,
Bart

Not a joke this time.

Remember that the tool had to be normaly included in CS6 ;)

So it's for CS7, and certainly not included in LR5 !!

That would be a valuable tool. Finding a sequence of PSFs is a pain.

Quite possibly the worst video I've ever seen from Adobe.  They're trying to show how a tool works and it's a medium shot of the computer?  And they cut right on the mouse click between "before" and "after"?

Please.

Get Julianne on the job.

Get Julianne on the job.

At some point, she will, bet on it. But not yet.

This looks very, very cool.  I hope the rumors about it being available only via a "Cloud" subscription aren't true.

I hope so !!

As many people, I don't like the Cloud system, especially when working with "private" picture.

My main computer is not connected to the Internet at all, best possible protection.

Only scanned USB keys are connected to that computer, and memory cards of course ;) ;)

Security is important for me is is often undertaken.

So many people work with HDD, printers, and scanners accessible from everywhere in the world, and most ignore that fact.

So, no Cloud for me !

Focus Magic has had a pretty good shake reduction filter for the past several years.
