Can anyone recommend a simple wrist strap for my new Fuji x100s? I know about the Gordy straps, but the leather looks a little too stiff for me. Lance straps look perfect but I don't like how they tighten around your wrist.
I think a cloth strap made out of something like paracord or a braided material would be the most comfortable, but I'd consider leather if I couldn't find anything else.
This cloth strap (http://www.amazon.com/OneKnot-Cotton-Leather-Camera-Digital/dp/B00B0XAOVG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1366121885&sr=8-1&keywords=braided+wrist+strap+-neck)seems close but the material looks really thick and bulky. Also - there are no reviews anywhere online.
Thanks for any suggestions!

Thanks for the suggestion but I am looking for something simpler than an optech...

Did you look at the link? Some of them are simple loops.

I made one with a piece of string.. not elegant but functional, just have to learn how to make knots ;)

Black Rapid do a little wrist strap that screws onto the camera base - works just fine with my X100. Here is the link

I use one Nikon leather wrist strap with my Canon G1X. Not sure of the model reference, but it is the one made for the Nikon 1 series of cameras. Initially, the leather is a little stiff, but after some use it becomes really nice.

I use the Gordy and it's just too stiff - excellent quality though. I haven't bought this one but it has good reviews: http://lancecamerastraps.com/lug-wrist-strap/

For years, I have used either one of these for all my smaller cameras.
They have never failed me, I basically just use them as a safety device. They are very light and stay out of the way. Having the cinch on the is the most important part.
You can get this one: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/601277-REG/Olympus_202315_Adjustable_Wrist_Strap.html
Or get this one for a little less, cut the blue plastic off and it's actually a little thicker than the one above, and less expensive (pocket change money, $4 vs $3).
