Title: HP z3100 LTR size prints don't finish

I have been having an ongoing issue with my z3100 that is driving me crazy. As it is printing the last inch or so of the print it abruptly stops and pushes the print out. I end up with the last inch fading out - not a hard edge. It only happens on LTR size paper, large sheets and rolls are fine. I have checked the back for dust buildup and can't see anything. As a result, the largest I can print on LTR size is 9.2 in long. Has anyone seen this or know how to resolve it?  thanks.
