Title: Mac adress book
Post by: petermarrek on March 31, 2013, 10:33:12 pm
Im am trying to build a website (photodeck) which means that I have to FTP transfer my files to them. I downloaded a plug-in which will transfer from Lightroom to Photodeck using FTP, the problem is with my Mac adress book, Whenever I try to initiate a transfer a message comes up that the adress has to be in the adress book, I've tried loading it a few times but it refers to the petermarrekphoto as peter's file and blocks the FTP transfer. Any ideas anyone?

Have you checked these FTP upload instructions for PhotoDeck?

It appears that they use simple FTP for file transfers. Better to zip your files and upload them using a basic FTP client app or OS X's own FTP capability. I wouldn't bother with letting a plug-in do it for you.
