I think this is two great images; unfortunately they're so well balanced they compete with each other.

Yeah, great sky, great foreground, and a willing 18 mm lens. I like both parts.

I agree with both comments (two images in one) above but I like it a lot although I keep one eye in the great sky and the other on the foreground.

The "two images in one" forces the viewer to do some work, or at least think about their relationship (if any). I like the combination.
But I'd like to see just a bit more contrast, as the light areas feel a bit too gray to me.
