My wife and I attended the memorial service for Stompin' Tom last night. While not huge fans, his music has found a place in our "family culture" and his CD "A Proud Canadian" has been just about worn out with our travels across Canada and while living in the UK and Tanzania.

Guessing not a lot of people on here would know who Stompin' Tom was.

Saw him at Place des Arts in Montreal in the mid 1970s, a terrific show.
