Title: Removing Custom Crop Settings

Over time I have accumulated a number of custom crop settings.
Is there a way to remove them?  I can't seem to find them anywhere.

There is no way of removing them because they are saved within the actual catalog. You would need to actually use some sort of database tool to do so which would be scary....but, you can keep adding new ones and the old ones will roll off and be droped from the list.
