Great reflections, those are beautiful. I know water is a difficult subject to make the horizon line look straight. Though your photograph is obviously tilted, it still looks accidental. If you are going to tilt you camera, you might want to make it look more purposeful, like a 45 degree angle.

Thanks for the reply. I was wondering what people would think of this one, so I didn't add any commentary at first.

I was shooting with the setting sun rays going under a pier that was reflecting light really intensely. The colors and shapes seemed like a big jumble, so I went with that while trying to get the timing of the circular ripples more or less right.

My thought was to try to see if I could use the big compositional elements to create interesting geometries rather than going for a standard shot. i figured if I could exclude any perfect horizontal or vertical components, the eye would follow the contours of the various shapes more freely.

I'll have to recalibrate a bit and try again.
