Title: Minimalist - afterglow
Post by: Dave (Isle of Skye) on February 27, 2013, 05:54:28 pm
We have just had 10 straight nights of amazing sunsets up here on IoS and of course I have tried to photograph them all, but last night as I was putting my gear away after the main event, I changed my mind and thought why not try something a little different and shoot nothing but the colours of the afterglow.

Very nice!
And, as minimalist images go, I'd much rather have that on my wall than Rhein II.

I bet Dave could arrange that for $4.5 million or so.  Maybe even a little less! ;)

I think this is a wonderful example of how color can be the subject matter of an image.
