I just picked up a Rolleiflex SLX Converter 2X secondhand, but it did not come with caps. I assumed (I know I know) that I could just use a standard Rollei lens rear cap for the rear of the converter, however, the lens rear cap does not appear to fit properly. It is a very tight fit, and when I did manage to finagle it onto the back of the converter, I had to resort to using a screwdriver to remove it!

Were there a specific type of cap used just for this TC? If so any idea where I can get one?
I also need the front one, but as my Hy6 is in Germany for upgrades I don't have the body cap from it to try on the TC, so no idea if that is the proper fit either.
