Title: Need advice in mounting-laminator machine
Post by: chichornio on February 22, 2013, 04:00:24 pm
I have a good chance to buy a second hand USI MRL 42" mounting-laminator machine. Until now, I´ve been using a manual cold-mounting machine with mixed results but I think that dry heat mounting and laminating my customer´s prints will help a lot to my business. I own a z3200ps 44". Any help and user experience using the MRL 42" will be very welcome.

You have a 44" printer, but it's a 42" laminator. I think you need a larger laminator..say 54".

You´re right. But I can´t afford for a bigger one. And there are not many LF laminators in my country. Also, it´s very rare for me to mount pictures larger than 42", so I think this will suit me well. Do you have experience using one of this USI or similar? Thanks
