Title: gel filters for Canon 680 ex flash
Post by: sanfairyanne on February 21, 2013, 09:36:52 pm
Can anyone suggest a gel filter set for a Canon 680 ex-rt flash. I don't have my flash with me and I can't find out the physical dimensions. In other words I don't want to order a filter set only to find they're physically too small for the gun.

Thanks in advance.

Seriously - think twice about spending money on gels and also think about what you want them for.

A lot of lighting effects can be obtained by simply securing coloured cellophane over the flash head with a rubber band. Not very sophisticated, perhaps, but highly effective.
