Title: Lighting a print studio?
Post by: cottagehunter on February 15, 2013, 01:39:13 pm
I have a room 24'x 12' in which I do most of my computer and printing work. As it is in the basement (Canada) it is quite dull even with the two 6500 k (1600 lumens) the place has a dull and depressing feeling to it. I am going to replace the paneling painted green (bottom half) and maroon (top half) with drywall . I want to instal lighting to cheer the feel of the place up but also want it to be good for viewing prints. I am willing to put in zone lighting and also lighting on dimmers does anyone have any suggestions as to the type and quantity of lights to use.

Thanks
