It's not the first time that iranian's photoshoppers screw it completely. They did it with missiles (http://thelede.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/07/10/in-an-iranian-image-a-missile-too-many/?hp) a few years ago. By the time, they should have sharpened their Photoshop's skills.

You don't understand: the Stealth Fighter is real and smaller, smaller because it's been designed to be flown by monkeys, and thus able to fly undetected because it will be mistaken for a friendly drone. The 'bad' Photoshopping is an intentional distraction technique, nothing but an attempt at lulling into a false sense of security via mockery. Buy into it at your peril.

Thanks for the post. One has to wonder if this is just a pony show. Iran can and does buy from the Chinese and other purveyors of high tech toys, and due to this they don’t really need to develop this kind of technology in-country.
