A beautiful place captured at a beautiful moment. Great colour and luminosity. I feel I want to see just a wee bit more of the coast; perhaps to balance the negative space on the right.
-
More coast would be a plus but the light is magical in the sky, on the waters and on the rocks.
Bravo and welcome on the forums!

Welcome indeed! You've set yourself a hell of a high bar.

Nicely done. Welcome to the forum!

Beautiful, and "welcome" from one newer member to another! A vertical crop of, say, the leftmost 40% or so of this would be stunning as well.

Please don't crop it. First, you'll spoil it; and second, you'll get on the wrong side of Russ Lewis (RSL - you'll come across him pretty soon).

Welcome Justin, great image, silky smooth, very nice indeed - I agree with Jeremy no crop needed, although I can see James's point and wonder if you also made a vertical shot of this scene?

Just to clarify - I agree that no crop is needed - I was simply suggesting another composition from the available source material :)

Yes I know, but I wondered if he had also made a vertical as well :)

No verticals were taken unfortunately. A storm was moving in and this was the only shot I managed to get before we had a downpour. Setting up this shot was challenging to say the least. There was a man-made path along the shore which I thought detracted from the shot, so it took me a second to find a composition that I thought looked best.
