Title: IPF8300 - hardware error - 03130031-2F48

Hi!

Anyone come across this hardware error - 03130031-2F48 on an Canon IPF printer.  It occurs almost immediately after I request the printer to print something .  The vacuum comes up and then the error.  It's not in the service manual and have not found a solution when googled.
