I purchased this printer new. The printer is in perfect working order. Always has a cover over it. It has been serviced by an Epson Authorized Service Centre. The printer was deemed to be working in perfect order and continues to work without issues. I do a head cleaning once in a while and usually the heads are cleaned after the first process.
There are no marks or scratches except for one tiny scratch on the front below the EPSON name. It is only noticeable if you look at the printer at a certain angle.
- there is ink in all cartridges but several are very close to needing replacing (see image attached)
