Title: Is this a LuLa ad or something else?

I am seeing this ad at the bottom of my browser - it's not clear to me whether it is a Lula ad, which I can live with, or an infestation from elsewhere.

It would help to see a slightly larger screen grab, but no - that is nothing authored by us
