Title: 7900 does not accurately center photos
Post by: PeterAit on January 08, 2013, 12:06:21 pm
When printing on roll paper, the "centered" photo is always a few mm closer to one edge of the roll. A minor deal, to be sure, but still - why can't it be accurately centered? The roll paper is always loaded with precise alignment to the guides.

If you are using the PS Plug-in, I have always had the same problem.

Have you checked the actual width of the roll?  My old 9880 seemed to register its dimensioning to the edge of the media nearest the control panel, with any slack taken up on the other side.  Same for my 8300.
