Title: ACR file open, resolution option ?
Post by: buggz on January 08, 2013, 11:04:12 am
Hello,
I was wondering about the option in ACR when opening a file, in particular the option to change the resolution of the file.
Is this better to use this ACR option and save the file, rather than doing so in PS-CS6?
PS-CS6 gives interpolation options, on both up-rez, and down-rez, ACR does not.
I am wondering which algorithm ACR uses?
Also, is it worth up-rezing in ACR?
Would I really gain anything?
It is interpreting the additional data added, no?
I guess I will have to compare, pixel peep to find out for my self.
Any information, experiences, thoughts on this subject would be very welcomed.
Thanks!
