Hello, I purchased an upgrade to C1 7 through the Capture-U organization on October 28th and aside from asking for my current license I haven't received any information or my new license after repeated emails. Has anyone else had this experience or have any advice?

I would open a problem ticket on the main phaseone support site. You have to be logged in but that should not be a problem. Ref. the email, i.e. cut paste and let them
know it was done via Capture U. They should at least be able to get the correct person in the organization and help out.
Phaseone always seems to get back to me within 24 hours of a new problem ticket.

I had a similar problem years ago. I sent in the emails and Phase corrected the problem promptly. Definitely contact Phase (it's their software after all).

Walter (who runs Capture U) is a straight forward and honest guy. I'm sure it's some technical snaffu standing in your way. Contact Walter by phone if he hasn't replied to your emails (spam filter? holidays?) and/or reach out to P1. Either way I'm very confident you'll be taken care of.
