Happy New Year Everyone!
Here's a favourite from my recent Bolivia trip. These guys are pretty fast flyers so this one had a pretty high degree of difficulty. But with some good technique, a bit of patience and some luck I was able to nail this guy :-)

Aperture: 6.3
ISO: 400
Focal length: 500mm + 1.4x

The parrots here need to be seen to be believed - technicolour dreamcoat stuff - no to mention all the other species.
