I am curious if the Luminous Landscape Endowment is still being funded and is available for application?

No, I'm afraid not. It's been moribund for 5 years.

The program didn't work as well or as soothly as I'd wished. Issues with judges, quality of participants, administrative hassles.

Maybe one day in the future I'll figure out a way to revive it.
