Island Equipment Operators Association (IEOA) Lighted Truck Parade - an annual event of everything from city buses and fire trucks to dump trucks, tractor trailers, cube vans, etc.  Many have floats or displays, all have lights.  One of the members of our local photo group asked how to shoot something like this and I said you either crank up the ISO enough to capture a sharp image or you go the opposite route, use a slow shutter speed and embrace the movement.  Can be fun.
