Title: Pale-crested Woodpecker (Bolivia)

I was really hoping to get this species when I was in the lowlands of eastern Bolivia. What a cool woodpecker eh??

With a little Photoshopping you could make it look like the long lost Ivorybill.  Shape isn't quite right, however.   ;)

Another beautifully handled bird shot! I also like the contrast between the texture of the tree and the smooth background.
