Title: FA: Phase One 4x5 Flex Adapter with Mamiya 645 quick insert plate

I'm selling my Phase One 4x5 Flex Adapter. It comes with a quick insert plate for a digital back with a Mamiya 645 mount. The sliding back adapter has seen light indoor use over the years and is in very good condition. I am only selling because I'm moving away from LF and selling gear to fund a "digital" upgrade.
