Title: Air Display for wireless second monitor for Lightroom.
Post by: FredBGG on December 04, 2012, 02:24:59 am
IF you like the idea of Capture Pilot you'll like Air display.

It's an app and software to run on your Mac or PC.
It lets you setup a second monitor with touch screen ability.

You can setup lightroom with a two monitor setup
and use the second monitor as a display for your client or to bring close to the set.

Here is Air display:

Look at these two videos and you will see what I mean.

Good for client viewing and sort of like capture pilot.

You can also use it cloning your main monitor and use it as a touch screen remote of sorts.

Does it support Android and Windows based devices via a browser/ IP address?

Don't think it uses a browser window. It's full screen.

The host computer can be window or mac.

The second screen can be all of these:

iOS device
Android device
Windows laptop, desktop or PC tablet
Mac desktop or laptop.

Nice thing is that if you keep your second monitor free of icons to clic on the second monitor user can only use what you put their
on the main computer.

Air Display is great because: if no wi-fi is around one can "create a network"!
