Title: Scarf display
Post by: seamus finn on December 02, 2012, 07:45:27 am

Not my usual thing - this scarf display caught my eye on a street stall. I love the position of the safety pin on the right edge. Any thoughts?

A good catch. And the safety pin is a fine detail.

I think you show them well.  However, the edge of the bamboo against the wall on the right might be tweaked up.

When I looked at this earlier, I thought perhaps they were a bit flat but now they seem better...I am kind of wishy-washy today.

I like it very much! Colors are vibrant but pleasing…

That's looking, Seamus. A truly fun shot.

I'm not particularly convinced that the safety pin helps. However, I am intrigued by the fact that the one on the left is knotted differently from the others. Nice shot.

Yeah, Jeremy, the odd knot makes it I think, while the safety pin is a quirky detail that, for me, completes the thing with its own dash of colour thrown into the mix via the purple tag.
