Title: Epson 4900 paper settings
Post by: Chacaboy on December 01, 2012, 09:48:03 pm
I just got the Epson 4900 and I'm trying to print 13 X 19 Harmon Matt Cotton Smooth in the rear sheet feeder. I know Velvet is the right surface but can anyone tell me which A3 setting to use? There are about 20 of them and I think I've tried half of them. With the 2880 it was a roll paper setting, but those don't seem to work either even though there are many of those too. The manual isn't much of a help. Anyone know?

thanks

On a Mac:

In Page Setup use A3/B 13x19 (Sheet-Maximum). This will permit minimum unprinted borders of 0.25", and the paper path can be either the rear single-sheet feeder, or the cassette. In Print Setup, choose the Rear Path (Sheet-Maximum, Manual Feed, and your Velvet Fine Art paper type). See the screen shot.
