Title: Epson 9900 ink marks after black ink change
Post by: RobinFaichney on November 03, 2012, 09:06:13 am
I'm getting ink marks in print margins on the right hand side (your right as you face the printer watching the print emerge) near the bottom (the end that emerges first). I'm not absolutely sure, but it seems to happen only on the first print after a change of black inks. The printer is quite new and there's still plenty of space in both tanks. Any suggestions?

The attachment shows marks after changing from matte to gloss and also back to matte. Unfortunately I now see it's not always just the first print after an ink change that's affected. As you can see here, the marks are not very consistent, but they're always near the same corner of the print (bottom right as it emerges).
