Just purchased new Retina Macbook and Thunderbolt display, seems to tether ok with the adapter. Thought others might want to know...

I just got a MBP Retina 13 today, and was planning on testing it tomorrow with the IQ.  Good to know it works.  Take a look at this test from DT, they recommend turning the charging via FW off for increased stability.

Will you be using CS6 with that 13" 8GB Ram machine? Just wondered if it will be enough power for MF images.

Good question.  I spent most of the weekend setting up all my stuff.  C1 was OK, wasn't flying, but very workable.  However, PS had some issues.  I had to run PS in one of the native resolutions as it currently cannot support retina.  Using the native resolution requires some weird scaling, and without the dedicated graphics processesor, things were not good.

I loved the size of the 13", but it went back Monday morning.  I ordered the 15" wtih 512G SSD, 16GB Ram and 2.6Ghz chips.

It will be a lot bigger, but I think this is what I should have done in the first place.
