At my work we recently had a problem with a client who wants to run Windows XP on a new Atom Cedar Trail platform. Intel is having video issues in this platform with anything other than Windows 7/32. After wrestling with the problem for a while, the engineers went to the following site, , which has an Intel utilitie that will build custom video drivers for XP.
I did not use this myself, I'm not in engineering, but the engineers were easily able to build a driver that worked perfectly with Windows XP on Cedar Trail.
I know that XP is probably not the OS of most members in this forum, but the tools could be useful in situations where XP drivers do not work properly or are not available for newer platforms.
Figured I'd pass it along. (http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=21902&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%20XP%20Professional*&DownloadType=Drivers)

Thanks for the info, although "Cedar Trail" is the latest iteration of Intel's Atom processor...
