Title: Epson 3880 not printing correct size

Under user defined paper size I have entered 17" x 32" to print an image designated 16" x 29". The printer will only print the image 12" wide. I have tried this twice with the same result. It prints 17" x 22" paper just fine. I have checked and double-checked my image size and paper size. Would appreciate any ideas on what is happening.

Verify that you have 17" as your width and 32" as the height.  If you're on a Mac, the margin definition must be no less than 0.2" on all four sides.  Any smaller and weird things happen, sort of like you described.

Thanks for your response. As I said all measurements were double checked. However, I will try to print again at 15" width and see if that works. BTW, I have printed many panos at 16" with no problems.
