I really like Jefrey Friedl's LR plugins.  This one looks intriguing.

Thanks for the heads up - that is a very interesting donationware filter from Jeffrey Friedl's and his other filters on the goodie page (http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies) are also worth a look!

Apparently it only runs on Lightroom 4+.  As I'm sticking with LR 3.6, I can't avail myself of it.  Shucks.
