Title: 360 product photos
Post by: whitesockcat on September 12, 2012, 08:09:12 am
I'd like to try to do 360 photos of items on a turntable. I think I understand the mechanics of the photography but, I dont know how to stitch them all together and output them to the correct format for the web. Is this done in Photoshop? I've seen the Ortery.com website but I was wondering if there were better options. Thank you!

The last time I did that I used Object2VR (http://gardengnomesoftware.com/object2vr.php) software.

The problem is the output format, originally the output for 3D objects was Quicktime but since Microsoft dropped support Flash was used. Now Apple has problems with Flash but I see that there is a HTML5 solution.

Object2VR outputs to all three formats so it's a question of which format to choose.

Cheers,
