Title: Using Pinterest to promote your business?

Anyone using Pinterest.com to promote their business? The demographic is mostly women but it is very image intense. It is also a good way to get free links to your website and blog. Seems like it would be ideal for wedding and portrait photographers, especially those that are good with children.

A professional organization of which I am a member sent out a warning about the terms of service and there was an ensuing discussion after which several members deleted their accounts.
