Tunnel vision! Exquisite.

Nice!
Good to know that serendipity still exists.

The deer is in the shadows so more light would have looked false? As it is it is a fine scene and I can't fault it. ;)

Ohh, in that case it must be just fine, if you think it is.
However I didn't say to bring a sledgehammer to the party, but a gentle brush.
Anyway each to their own, the image have a lot going.

Just giving my opinion. Nothing personal. A surprising response?

I have to agree with Henrik.. You could nudge the shadows up a bit. As he said not a sledgehammer but just a slight tap. As it is now, it is a bit too dark in the shadows but overall a great shot.

Thank you very much for your comments and tips everyone !
I really appreciate it !

Beautiful image. You must have been really close.

I quite like the surprise of initially looking at the light green foliage...and THEN..SURPRISE ...a deer!!!! If the deer was more obvious by making it a bit lighter - I may have not been so delighted by the surprise.

It's a very enjoyable work. Did you publish this and the waterfall images here a year or two ago?
