Title: Nikon MH-22 question
Post by: DanielStone on June 24, 2012, 12:14:43 am
Hey all,

I have a question for ya'll. On the Nikon MH-22 dual battery charger, does the "calibration" usually take a long(like 5hrs or more) to do its cycle? I just got a used(near mint condition) D3 today from Calumet, and have a shoot scheduled for tomorrow. I have (2) batteries, but wanted to "calibrate" both batteries before recharging them, hopefully to full capacity.

So, the first battery(Nikon brand) has been sitting plugged in, I pushed the "Cal On" button, so its lit solid green. The Nikon manual wasn't very clear to me, so I wanted to make sure I'm doing it right :)

If you could stipulate in layman's terms on how to, step by step, re-calibrate an EN-EL4a battery.

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
