Last set (Growth) was a dudder in terms of feedback, but it's still a part of the story of local migration within Shanghai that I'm continuing to work on.  This group is part of the inner-city story.  The bricking up of generational homes.

Hi Jen!

Do they brick them up so the older generation won't be able to come back in, will get confused and wander off somewhere else? I'm always looking out for that!

Jen, It's different from your usual kind of shooting. I like it, and I especially admire #1.

I agree. #1 is a great catch. #3 is appealing too. #2 seems rather chaotic, without a central point.

#1 and #3 are great as individual images. #2 is less strong by itself, but will work well with others in the series you are working on.

#1 is very striking, also very structured image. Really good stuff. The others need the context to make sense, in my humble opinion.

#1 is great, #2 is a fantastic illustration of the context, and I don't like #3 at all.  Maybe I would without seeing #2, but #2 shows it so well with all the layers of bricks that I don't feel like I'm getting anything out of #3.
