Title: z3100 profiles
Post by: petermarrek on May 10, 2012, 09:40:48 am
I store my Z3100 at a friend's house for the winter, picked it up the other day, the printer worked fine ( or it seemed to ) but it turns out that I have lost all of my profiles, when I try to create a new one it goes through the motions and cancels it. I have stored like this for the last five years, no problems. Downloaded new drivers and utilities. I'm on OSX 10.68, some of my ink cartridges are expired. What is going on? Peter

I hope it's not your formatter going bad (hard disk).

I think mine had exhibited something similar before going belly up. You might want to try deleting any stored jobs (finished etc.) on the printer and see if that clears up your printer for profiling.
