Forgiving the inherent oxymoron, it looks to be a rather lush desert.  Well captured.

Lots of textures and details. A full size print must be fantastic.
Well done.

Though I like colors, toning and detail of the image I have a problem with the composition which appears unbalanced to me.
I find myself wandering between the cactii and the empy space on the upper left where you can see the mountains and
I somehow feel confused - I don't find a focus where to rest.
This results in a feeling of irritation and confusion which counters the otherwise beautiful aspects of the image, at least for me.

Cheers

Hmmm - just shows how we all interpret things differently. I quite like the composition, my eye is led into the shot on the bottom left to the small cactus via the sticks which lead on to the bottom right cactus. They then lead up to the main subject (for me) of the shot - the cactus mid right. My eye is then led nicely out by the slopes of the background mountain.

I'm with Dewi. I can almost hear the Hallelujah Chorus. Great colour.

Thank you,
I appreciate the comments and differing views on the image. I am very pleased with the P30 back on the Hasselblad "V" lenses, the color and detail is amazing in a large print.
