I just got a 5DM3 body about 20 minutes ago for $3499 at EVS Online, a camera store in Glendale, CA. They got in 20 of them today. 12 are set aside for pre-orders, and I got one, so there are 7 left. Per Robert at EVS, he suggests calling them first to make sure of availability, because the online site doesn't always update as quickly once phone orders are placed. I'm happy because I'm moving from an original 5D to the M3.
