Flowing water is one of the oldest, and to my mind, the most apt metaphors for life. The constant movement, the transient forms, the impermanence, the unity, the apparent confusion, the unstopable progress, the inevitable immersion into the ocean … one could go on for ever.
Am posting four images from my gallery "Reflections in water – the transience of being". Would like your honest feedback.
You can see the whole gallery at http://somendras.com/?p=212#more-212

1, 2 & 4 simply don't speak to me.
#3, however: WOW!

Thanks Mjollnir!
The images are a part of a gallery and are captioned, they might probably make more sense if you see the full gallery (http://somendras.com/?p=212#more-212) .
Thanks for the prompt feedback :)

Gorgeous work. Well executed, as a series. I love the abstraction, and another WOW for the third one.

My thoughts exactly (even after looking at your web site, I'm afraid).

I like all four of them, including the first two, which are very abstract. I think the patterns are interesting and beautiful. The fourth is the weakest, IMO, and coincidentally the most literal of the group. But I even like it, too.

I like all four photos pretty well but the last one seems a little out of place with the abstract patterns. The third one here is a real standout. There were several others on your website that elicited a "wow" from me. Thanks for sharing these.
