I need to set up a site where about 20 people can share their photos of a group vacation. This will require a single account that will allow each person to log in and create their own album within the main account. Some people are not computer-savvy, so simplicity of use is important. Flickr does not seem appropriate - it seems that you have to upload photos first and only then can you divide them into albums or sets. Any sugestions? Thanks in advance.

Dropbox would be my suggestion - subject to network permissions compatible computers and so forth. Each Dropbox user can see and add to the common closely shared folder and just drag and drop on to their own dropbox icon.
