Here are two versions of the same subject. One is muted color and the other is a warm tone.

The warm tone version is beautiful! I find the depth of tone, the three-dimensionality and the "presence" to be greater than the muted colour version.

It's a very nice photo. The warm-toned B&W version wins, imo.

Of the two I also prefer the warm tone version.

Both are beautiful. The first with a monochrome look is very nice, almost a split toning effect. The tones in the second print are very nice, great choice in the warming colours.

I printed both versions and I agree that the warm tone print is better. So, it's off to be matted and framed.
