I am helping a friend who just bought an Epson 4900 printer to use with his iMac running Aperture 3. We are trying to print to it using 10" wide Roll Paper. When sending an 8x10 to the printer it prints except it leaves 1-2 inch borders around 3 sides of the print. The bottom edge prints flush, the other three have huge borders.
We have tried rotating the image between Portrait and Landscape but it always outputs the same orientation (8 inches wide with narrow width on 10 inch side of paper)
I am sure that its just a printer driver setup issue. Perhaps Aperture fighting for control with the Epson driver, but I have tried as many settings as I can find and cannot seem to fix it.
Does anyone have a good guide to setting up the Epson 4900 (or similar Epson 4XXX series printers) to use with Aperture. I would sure appreciate any guidance
Thank You

I have the same type of problem: Aperture/Mac/HPZ2100

We found the problem. in the paper setup we had to make a custom size, instead of 8x10 we has to set it to 10x8. Then we had to play with the cut settings. I think we set them to double cut, but try it.

What/where are cut settings?

I am facing the same problem with a HP Z3100.
Could anyone please explain the settings step by step?
