Lovely...simple and easy on the eye, only one slight nit pick for me would be the central positioning of the boat.
regards Shaun
Shaun,
Thanks for your remarks.
The near-central positioning was natural, for it conveys (intends to, anyway) the sense of an isolated and lone sailboat in the expanse of the fjord.

I agree with Rajan - the boat is just where it should be.

For me, the boat is in the right place! One could try to move it to the left or the right of the image but I doubt that it would improve anything.
I'm still in admiration!

Yup, for this photo the boat is exactly where it should be.

Pretty nice. It is hard to create strong image like this with such a symmetrical composition. Simplicity of the lines, wide belt of water , symmetrical belt of mountain and equally wide belt of clouds. On top of that the sailing boat right in the center.
I do not think you have planned it, or studied a lot the rules of composition in art and photography because this photograph is exactly what all the teachers tell not to do.
