Canon UK recently lent me an IR converted 5D mk2 for a while.
If anyone's not tried IR photography and was curious, I've written up some notes covering what I found.

Interesting to try out and I learnt quite a lot - however I'm not sure I'd ever want to make such a drastic modification to one of my own cameras ;-)
