Look into the Eizo ColorEdge LCDs.

I was about to buy another Sony Artisan, but they are discontinued and no one has any left. Anyone have any suggestions on high end CRT monitors (that is available) or if there is a flat screen that is good enough to stand up to a Sony Artisan monitor?

Thanks,

jt

I second the Eizo ColorEdge recommendation.

I have the CG210, after a failed long search for the Artisan. I am grateful circumstances worked out this way. I found the detailed descriptions links at the CG210 site (http://www.eizo.com/products/graphics/cg210/index.asp#) helpful.

I am now waiting for the update to ColorEyes Dsplay (http://www.integrated-color.com/) to take advantage of the CG210's internal 10 > 14 > 8 bit mapping.
